Security Key, Windows Hello, or Android Phone Requirements
You can use a security key, Windows Hello, or Android phone for primary authentication (for example, you are prompted to sign in with your security key instead of entering a password after entering your user ID) or for additional authentication (for example, after you enter your user ID and password, you are prompted to sign in with your security key).
The system requirements vary based on the authentication type. Authenticators used for primary authentication also work for additional authentication.
You must register the authenticator with RSA SecurID Access. For instructions, see Registering Your Authenticator.

Authentication Option Requirements
To use Biometrics, you must have one of the following:
An iOS device that supports Touch ID or Face ID
An Android device with a fingerprint sensor or face recognition enabled. To use face recognition with the Authenticate app, the device must support sufficiently strong facial recognition technology as provided on the Pixel 4, for example. Check with your vendor for specific information on your device.
A Windows device with Windows Hello enabled
To use SMS Tokencode, you must have a phone that can receive text messages.
